  • Our Move-In Coordinators are responsible for:
  • Supports occupancy goals for the Community through coordinated efforts of move-ins.
  • Manages and coordinates all logistics of the move-in process, including:
    • Verifying room preparation & scheduling move-in dates.
    • Managing new resident paperwork process - assembling packets, distributing to Resident/Power of Attorney (POA), verifying receipt and review at community, and facilitating needed corrections/omissions prior to signing appointment with General Manager (GM).
    • Assist prospective Resident with appointment set-up for Medical Health Statement; Coordinate delivery of completed MHS to physician and Assisted Living Supervisor (ALS).
    • Schedule Assessment with resident/POA and ALS.
    • Schedule Contract signing appointment with GM.
  • Coordinates and provides New Resident Orientation.
  • Assists with sales and marketing as needed.
  • Assists with data entry into lead bank.
  • Provides support/encouragement to new residents and families during transition process.
  • Provides updates to department heads regarding move-ins, or customer service details to ensure smooth move-in transition for each resident.
  • Cover the front Reception Desk as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-year of experience or training in Senior Living preferred.
  • Valid Drivers’ License.
  • Excellent driving record (measured back 10 years).
  • At least 25 years of age.
  • Meets all background checks and requirements upon requests.


Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws.
