Role Summary: The Quality Audit Specialist ensures the accuracy and quality of printed label orders by performing detailed checks on customer orders, master items, production plates, and quotes.
Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of customer service experience and quality auditing
Shift available: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Training Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay rate: $17-$20/hour.

- Audit incoming orders for accuracy of label specs, customer instructions, quantities, materials, and art approvals.
- Verify that master items are properly set up with the correct sizes, materials, adhesives, and print directions.
- Review plate files and layouts to ensure correct art, orientation, and die lines are used for each job.
- Confirm updates to reorders or revised art files are accurately reflected in production documentation.
- Ensure internal routing forms are complete and accurate before production.
- Review and confirm customer quotes to ensure alignment with specifications and pricing standards.
- Communicate with Customer Service, Prepress, and Production to address and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Participate in ongoing audits of labels in process to confirm alignment with customer requirements.
- Document and report quality issues or audit failures to the Quality Manager; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that all quality checks align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong typing and computer skills (recommended at 40+ wpm)
- Ability to interface well with all levels of management
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as on your own

- Work is predominately performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and tools including a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
- The ability to sit for extended periods of time and perform repetitive motions, including movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, as well as stand, reach, squat and lift small parcels, packages, and other items, as necessary.
- Work requires the ability to read and analyze data using various documents and spreadsheets.
- The employee may be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
