Job Title: Student Finance Intern

Job Location: Sanford, Florida

At Acron Aviation Flight Academy, we're seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Student Finance Department on-site at our Sanford Campus. This role offers hands-on experience in financial aid processing, student account management, and compliance support within a fast-paced aviation training environment.

Essential Functions

• Assist with financial aid applications and student funding packages
• Support the billing and payment process for student accounts
• Maintain student financial records in compliance with FAA and institutional guidelines
• Communicate with students regarding financial questions or concerns
• Collaborate with the admissions and finance teams on reporting and audits
  
  

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college program (Accounting, Finance, Business, Aviation Management, other)
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Basic understanding of financial principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Basic computer skills, Excel, and database experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Interest in aviation is a plus
  
  

Internship Details

• Duration: 3-6 months (flexible based on school schedule / possible full-time position down the line)
• Hours: 3 days onsite Mon-Wed 8-5
• Location: Sanford, FL / Acron Aviation Academy
• Compensation: Paid
