The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for managing project cost estimation, overseeing construction estimating processes, budgeting, and ensuring cost management throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and submitting project estimates, coordinating with various teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong Knowledge in Prevailing State Wage and Federal Funded Projects
- Expertise in Cost Management, Construction Estimating, and Project Estimation, leading from project approval to close out to include: RFIs, change orders & progress billings
- Proficiency in Budgeting; maintaining vendor relations, and able to negotiate material pricing
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with foreman, work crews & city officials
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment; manage great relationships with Foreman, Inspectors, vendors
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Strong knowledge of Green Book Standards, SWPPP, MUTCD, Bid2Win, Excel, Dropbox, PlanetBids, and electronic bidding platforms is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex project documents
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing project plans, specifications, and estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Decision-Making: Ability to make informed, strategic decisions quickly and confidently
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and conditions
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones
- Bilingual a plus but not required (Spanish)
