- Called to serve in missions
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong numerical accuracy
- Experienced in accounting software, experience in QuickBooks and Donor Perfect are ideal
- Skilled in financial record-keeping and report generation
- Trustworthy and committed to financial stewardship and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with ACH/credit card processing
- Process and deposit donations, ensuring accurate record-keeping in QuickBooks
- Generate and verify donor reports for various payment batches and schedules
- Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements
- Manage credit card transactions and assign charges to appropriate accounts
- Create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses
- Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation
- Track and allocate departmental expenses and copy charges
- Support financial reporting and maintain accurate donation records
- A follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for the gospel
- Committed to SonSet Solutions' Statement of Faith
- Full-time position, onsite in Elkhart, Indiana
- Financial support-raising required for role
