About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the event industry, work in a fast-paced environment, and develop strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of events, including meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, venue setup, catering arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Manage event timelines, schedules, and task lists to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Help prepare event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
  • Provide on-site event support, including registration, guest assistance, and problem-solving.
  • Track event expenses and maintain budget documentation.
  • Collect and analyze attendee feedback to improve future events.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
