Location: Cleveland, OH (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year

Receptionist Overview: As an Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of memorable events that align with our organization's goals and objectives. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of our initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and promotional events.
• Develop event concepts and themes in alignment with the organization’s vision and objectives.
• Coordinate and manage all logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and ensure effective communication across platforms.
• Monitor event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to optimize costs and ensure quality delivery.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and implement improvements in future events.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role with a portfolio of successful events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate across all events.
