We are seeking an organized individual to fill the role of Community Center Coordinator for The Hill Community Center. The role is specifically for the overall management and smooth operation of the onsite laundry facility. This includes overseeing volunteers, engaging with students, and fostering connections within the local community.

Some Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring the laundry facility runs efficiently and meets the needs of students and families.
• Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to support various aspects of the laundry services. Foster a positive and collaborative volunteer environment.
• Student Engagement: Interact with students to ensure a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with the local community, schools, and organizations to enhance the impact and reach of the laundry facility as well as The Hill Community Center, as a whole.
• Resource Management: Manage inventory, including laundry supplies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the availability of essential resources.

Compensation Information

• Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour
• We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
