Job Overview

Landscape Images of Texas is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Sales & Client Relations team. This full-time role is perfect for a lifelong sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial or industrial sales and the ability to develop long-term client partnerships while identifying opportunities for new business across the greater Houston area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage client relationships within commercial and industrial sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed goals
  • Conduct site visits and provide landscaping/hardscaping solutions tailored to client needs
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client communications, opportunities, and contracts
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and promotional functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Participate in promotional sales contests and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations in the Houston area
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
