Collaborative Home Care is actively seeking compassionate, reliable, and highly dependable CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers for immediate openings in the Bridgeport and Fairfield, CT, areas. Applicants must reside in Connecticut, with strong preference given to local residents.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and must be available to work from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, either on weekdays or weekends. Applicants are encouraged to indicate their preferred availability when applying.
There may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on the caregiver’s availability, interest, and overall performance.

- A minimum of 1-year experience in caregiving for seniors
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
- Possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, auto insurance, and a reliable and well-maintained car
- Possess a current State ID and a valid second form of ID, such as a Social Security Card, Passport or Birth Certificate
- Eligible to work in the United States for any employer
- Pass a background check and drug testing per company standards
- Our Caregivers are responsible for providing hands-on, non-medical, quality care to clients of Collaborative Home Care.
- Providing care based on the plan of care for their clients, which includes activities of daily living such as personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders)
- Companion care (e.g. conversation, hobbies and activities, shopping, and driving to appointments).
- Caregivers must be able to work with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for the maintenance of a professional relationship with the client in accordance with Collaborative Home Care policies and standards.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Perform other duties as assigned on the personal care service plan.
