We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Senior Specialist, Team Member Insights to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in spreadsheets, enjoys wrangling complex data from multiple sources, and is passionate about turning survey insights into action. You’ll play a key role in managing and maintaining the integrity of our team member data, supporting survey operations, and driving process improvements across our systems.

  • Creates a positive team member experience.
  • Serves on cross-functional teams to execute Experience Management initiatives and projects.


Client

  • Actively contributes to the team’s performance and thoroughly understands the team member journey and specific touchpoints.
  • Monitors a survey technology platform to collect, centralize and disseminate team member insights.


Values

  • Assists with deploying surveys that comply with industry best practices and optimize the team member experience. These include, but are not limited to, lifecycle surveys, pulse surveys, ad hoc surveys, and always-on feedback.
  • Audits and manages source lists and tickets to ensure data is updated and tickets are being addressed in a timely manner.
  • Leverages strong project management skills.
  • Resolves daily issues that arise.
  • Handles and safeguards confidential information and sensitive material.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Education And Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with survey platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Quality

  • Own the wrangling, auditing, and management of data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data cleanliness and consistency by working cross-functionally with internal partners.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and a strong desire to connect data points into meaningful insights.


Survey Operations

  • Manage our survey ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Dive into our survey platform (Qualtrics) to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize surveys.
  • Identify and implement creative solutions to survey-related challenges.


Process Improvement & Automation

  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate data and survey processes.
  • Document processes, workflows, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.


Project Management

  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and partners.


Technology Skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet navigation/research
  • Extensive experience using survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Glint, Medallia, SurveyMonkey, Peakon, or Perceptyx
  • Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in Qualtrics
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of Ryan’s technology stack and data systems
  • Capable of supporting system integrations and optimizing data processes through effective use of internal tools


Certificates And Licenses

  • Valid driver’s license required.


Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This role has no supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment

  • Standard indoor working environment.
  • Occasional long periods of sitting while working on computer.
  • Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm, clients, and interface with external vendors, as necessary.
  • Independent travel requirement: up to 5%.


Remote position

  • For Denver, CO-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is


$70,000 - $84,000.

  • For New York, NY-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is


$80,000-$96,000.

  • For Bellevue, WA- based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is


$74,000-$88,000.

  • For Carlsbad, Glendale, Irvine, Los Angeles, Sacramento, and San Diego, CA-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $74,000-$88,000.
  • For Oakland and San Jose, CA-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $80,000-$96,000.
