This position is responsible for coordinating project documentation, maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between internal teams, suppliers, and vendors. This role ensures that projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, helping to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support procurement of materials and services, and track delivery timelines.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
