Position: Cabin Attendant
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (must live within 1.5 hours driving distance from base)
Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 (Dependent on experience)

Position: Cabin Attendant

Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of corporate Cabin Hostess experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid passport.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and authorized to travel to and from the United States.
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive a motor vehicle.
- Must have a Corporate Cabin Host safety training certificate from FACTS, HRD, Flight Safety, or CAPS
- Must possess current CPR certification.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must live near Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport. *We do not pay relocation fees.
- Must have a background in Customer Service.
- Prior service experience in bartending, waitressing, and hosting is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, including strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations effectively.
- Must be flexible with the work schedule –overnight, extended trips overseas, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work with many different personalities.
- Must be able to carry and lift baggage.
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods with limited rest periods.
- Must be able to have exposure to peanuts, pets, and other allergens.
- Carry out required duties in an aircraft setting.
- Ensure the aircraft and passengers are in full compliance with all policies, procedures, regulations, and safety measures.
- Perform all work duties in an aircraft environment in compliance with established laws, FAA regulations and company policies.
- Always ensure the comfort of guests on board the aircraft (& before) while providing exceptional service to meet and surpass customer expectations.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
- Arrange for and retrieve catering for clients.
- Always maintain a consistently well-groomed and professional appearance while representing SURJET.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
- Ensure the aircraft is clean, organized, well-stocked, and maintain the appearance of the cabin, galley, and lavatory.
- Ensure the aircraft is thoroughly cleaned, wiped down and vacuumed after each leg.
- Independently operate all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems without supervision.
- Keep organized and itemized receipts for invoicing, billing, and managing expense reports (on Jet Insight). Assist with onboard petty cash management, including tracking expenditures, maintaining records in the binder, and notifying accounting when cash is low. Submit petty cash log binder to accounting.
- Respond promptly during emergency situations by efficiently executing instructions from the flight deck and adhering to safety and emergency protocols.
- Lift and stow baggage/luggage into aircraft storage areas when needed.
- Comply with other duties/tasks as assigned by Operations, Management, or the PIC.
