Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing major residential appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential appliances (refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and dispatch
• Provide honest, effective, and persuasive service to encourage repair over replacement
• Manage job updates, photos, and notes using our mobile CRM system
• Maintain a clean work vehicle and manage your own parts inventory
• Submit detailed repair notes and part needs through our system
• Represent the Appliance EMT brand with integrity and professionalism
• Ensure high-quality service on every job by following safety protocols and industry best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair
• Strong diagnostic and independent troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to manage your schedule and work independently
• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
