This role is ideal for a systems and process-oriented, results driven, people-first executive who can lead through leaders and refine high-performing operational workflows. In this role, you will ensure standardized operating procedures are consistently applied and accountability metrics monitored as we expand rapidly through both acquisition and de novo avenues. Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Serve as a senior operational leader, aligning Talent Acquisition, Business Development, and Market Operations with organizational strategy.
  • Directly oversee and mentor the leaders of Talent Acquisition and Business Development; ensure they are empowered, accountable, and aligned.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations leaders to ensure tight coordination between patient demand, staffing, and referral volume.

Scale Through Optimization, Not Reinvention

  • Evaluate and enhance existing talent acquisition and referral development processes to support multi-state scale.
  • Standardize best practices across markets
  • Reduce friction, increase efficiency, and ensure each function is operating with clear metrics, accountability, and strategic focus.

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow senior functional leaders—ensuring they build high-performing teams beneath them.
  • Establish a culture of ownership, feedback, and continuous improvement across both departments.
  • Support the professional growth of emerging leaders to meet the demands of a fast-scaling organization.

Enable Scalable Growth (M&A + De Novos)

  • Partner with executive leadership to operationalize and integrate acquisitions and new market launches.
  • Ensure Talent Acquisition and Business Development functions are expansion-ready, with infrastructure that scales predictably and efficiently.
  • Anticipate the operational needs of new states and regions, proactively addressing gaps before they become pain points.

Data-Driven Execution

  • Translate complex performance data into actionable strategy for functional and market leaders.
  • Maintain and build upon existing performance dashboards and operational KPIs to support accountability, visibility, and accurate decision-making.
  • Use insights to guide prioritization, resource allocation, and leadership conversations.

Qualifications

  • 7 - 10+ years in operations leadership (preferably in healthcare), multi-market growth, or enterprise strategy roles
  • Direct leadership experience over senior leaders in operational functions impacting growth and strategy
  • Proven success optimizing and scaling existing systems and processes in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing, referral pathways, and market dynamics preferred

  • A strong track record of leading leaders, developing talent, and building accountable teams
