The Field Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing all on-site logistics activities to ensure the timely, safe, and efficient delivery, handling, storage, and distribution of project materials, equipment, and supplies. This role acts as the primary link between field operations, suppliers, transport providers, and the central logistics team to maintain smooth project execution and resolve any on-site logistical challenges. This is a field labor position and supports construction needs at the project level.

Inventory/Logistics Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Tracking inventory maintenance.
- Controlling flows of equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate the receipt, offloading, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and equipment at the project site.
- Verify shipments against delivery documentation (packing lists, purchase orders) and report discrepancies or damages immediately to the logistics supervisor and logistics manager.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials and equipment on-site.
- Coordinate with laydown yard personnel to ensure proper staging and distribution of materials.
- Ensure all handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, rigging) is available and ready for use when needed.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with site safety protocols and environmental requirements.
- Reporting to management and advising on problems, obstacles and challenges in the field.
- Receive material into company database (CMIC) and Procore Daily Log.
- Must be willing to travel in or out of state for logistical labor support if needed.
- This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
- Ability to work in extreme environments, cold, winter weather, hot sun
- Stand for long periods of time.
- The work can be physically demanding, and coordinators may be required to lift and move heavy objects.
- This is a full-time position
- Overtime may be required
- Willing and able to travel to jobsites based on the needs of the business. Must have reliable transportation. I nsurability, must have clean driving record, and valid drivers’ license

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in utility scale construction inventory, receiving and logistics, 1 to 2 years.
- Knowledge of construction practices OSHA 10 preferred.
- All-Terrain Forklift, skid steer, warehouse forklift Certification a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Must be able to follow instructions.
- Insurability, must have clean driving record, and valid drivers’ license
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment and random drug screenings
