Winchester Architects is seeking Architectural Project Managers to join our established team of designers and project managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the field of architecture, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. We are a mid-size design firm offering highly professional services specializing in single and multi-family residental, commercial and medical projects. Our projects can be found throughout Texas, in other states and other countries. Our busy office located in an historic building on Main Street offers a relaxed atmosphere in thriving downtown Bryan.

Qualifications:

• Degree in architecture (engineering degrees will not be considered)
• A minimum of 7 years experience in an architecture firm
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit and/or SketchUp
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Proven ability to work with outside consultants, clients and team members
• Licensure/registration prefered
• Eligible to work and currently living in the US
• Requires a strong attention to detail
• Supervisory skills are a plus
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide team leadership from project concept to completion
• Manage muliple projects through all design phases ensuring deliverables are accurate and deadlines are met
• Review project submittals and ensure codes are reviewed and followed
• Coordinate bids and work with consultants
• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, city employees and other stakeholders
