As the Regional Director of Rehabilitation, you will support community operations to return resident to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of resident, physician, and therapy goals. Support/provide therapeutic interventions to facilitate the resident in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification. Supervision of community therapy staff in their assigned areas Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Rehabilitation Policies and Procedures.

As the Regional Director of Rehabilitation, you will support community operations to return resident to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of resident, physician, and therapy goals. Education/Qualifications:
- Must possess hold a valid and current license as a therapist or therapist assistant granted from the state of employment.
- Must have Five (5) years of experience in treatment in the LTC setting.
- Must have the ability to work closely with Medical and Support Staff.
- Must have Three (3) years of experience in a Director of Rehab role or the equivalent.
- Multi-site management experience preferred
