Bluebonnet Motors is looking to add experienced Ford Quick Lane service advisors to our team! The ideal candidate will have high energy, excellent customer service, and possess the ability to effectivelly sell and communicate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Quick Lane repair orders and flow of the service drive.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle maintenance and service contracts.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationships with technicians and other employees

• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

• Valid state of residence driver's license
• Required to pass a hair drug test and background check
