REX Shares is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Associate with a strong interest in social media, project coordination, and digital marketing. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about financial markets and wants to contribute to building a modern brand in the ETF industry.
The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day social media operations, content scheduling, campaign execution, and team coordination across marketing initiatives. The role will provide hands-on experience in asset management marketing and an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule posts across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok
- Support development of social media content calendars in alignment with product launches, market trends, and brand messaging
- Monitor social channels for engagement, mentions, and trends; prepare performance summaries and engagement reports
- Assist with brand outreach and community-building campaigns, including partnerships with financial content creators
- Track marketing deliverables and timelines across multiple campaigns
- Organize internal project documentation and meeting notes to ensure smooth collaboration
- Coordinate with external vendors (designers, copywriters, etc.) as needed
- Assist with email campaigns, blog posts, and website updates
- Maintain organization within HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform
- Help prepare marketing materials for internal and external review, ensuring compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations
- Conduct industry and peer analysis to inform marketing strategy
- Stay informed on trends in digital financial content and investor engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience preferred
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in financial markets, ETFs, or investing; prior internship experience in finance or marketing a plus
- Experience with HubSpot, Canva, or similar tools is preferred but not required
