Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and safety procedures.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience working as a pool attendant or in a similar hospitality role.
- Additional lifeguard certification.
- Strong customer service background.
- Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and enforce all pool rules and regulations consistently.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming the pool, and sanitizing poolside furniture and equipment.
- Assist guests by providing towels, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or requests promptly and courteously.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel immediately.
- Conduct regular safety checks and be prepared to respond to emergencies, including administering basic first aid if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities, chemical usage, and incident reports.
