Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Drive attendance to webinars and marketing events to increase brand awareness and pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they meet criteria for Account Executive follow-up.
  • Research target accounts in manufacturing, distribution, and construction to identify decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and qualified discovery meetings in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting goals.


Qualifications:

  • Early career professional with background in manufacturing, distribution, and construction, OR existing ERP BDR experience.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems a must; NetSuite or Acumatica experience highly valued.
  • Hungry, coachable, and eager to grow into an Account Executive role within 10-18 months.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls and sending prospecting emails.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined in managing daily activity.
  • Competitive spirit with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required for candidates with industry knowledge.
