Clinical Program Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Clinical Program Manager for a well-respected and mission-driven nonprofit organization providing mental health care coordination services to the community. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Watsonville, CA.

Position Overview

The Clinical Program Manager will lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services. This role oversees clinical staff, program operations, and community partnerships while ensuring compassionate care that meets client needs and program goals. The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinician with strong leadership skills and a commitment to equitable access to behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to license-track staff and graduate interns
• Oversee program operations, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with partner agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations
• Monitor service quality, outcomes, and documentation
• Recruit, mentor, and support clinical team members
• Represent the program at meetings and in community settings
  
  

Qualifications

• Current LCSW or LMFT license in California (LCSW preferred)
• Ability to provide clinical supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of mental health best practices and community-based services

Compensation And Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary up to $125,000, commensurate with experience, plus a bilingual pay differential if applicable.
