Job Overview

MorCore is seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Admin to support our operations team with billing and administrative functions across multiple active projects. This part-time, remote position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience in managing multiple workflows simultaneously. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process billing for up to four different projects concurrently.
  • Prepare and submit invoices in accordance with project schedules and requirements.
  • Track project billing statuses and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with field teams and project managers to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Maintain organized digital records for audits and reporting.
  • Assist with general administrative duties including document management and internal communications.
  • Support other office functions as needed within the operations team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or billing-related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and billing software.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Payroll experience is a big plus! (1099 & W2)
  • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Experience with construction or project-based billing is a plus, but not required.
