- Compensation Type: Base hourly rate & a generous monthly bonus/commission plan
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday with a scheduled weekday off
- Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments for the Sales team
- Respond promptly to sales calls and online inquiries
- Prepare and maintain daily reports
- Conduct follow-up calls with clients and the sales team
- Additional tasks as assigned by the management team

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Automotive BDC or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- A dependable, organized approach with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent attention to details
- Professional phone etiquette
