Overview
Veza is a fast-moving, high-growth CyberSecurity startup, and our ability to scale hinges on hiring and growing world-class talent. As our Head of Talent, you will own the global talent strategy and execution—from sourcing to onboarding. You'll partner closely with our executive team to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the people who will fuel our next stage of growth. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a builder who thrives in dynamic, high-expectation environments.

The compensation for this role depends on several factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates offered a position at the posted job level, the provided range is the expected base salary. This does not include any additional variable compensation, such as commission.

What You'll Own
- Talent Strategy & Leadership: Own and evolve a global talent acquisition strategy that scales with the business. Lead and grow a high-performing recruiting team.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee recruiting across all functions—R&D, GTM, and G&A—ensuring a best-in-class process
- Candidate Experience: Champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate journey that reflects our culture and values.
- Hiring Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and execs; help them define roles, evaluate talent, and make the right hires quickly and thoughtfully.
- Operational Excellence: Build scalable, repeatable recruiting processes, leveraging tools and systems to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Employer Brand: Elevate Veza's employer brand and ensure our value proposition is visible to the best talent in the market.
- Insights & Reporting: Establish metrics to track performance, measure funnel health, and continuously improve outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
- 10+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience in high-growth tech companies or startups, including global hiring
- Track record of building and scaling recruiting functions that support rapid company growth
- Experience hiring across a broad range of functions (Engineering, Product, GTM, G&A) and levels (IC to exec)
- Proven ability to partner closely with executives and influence senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and results
- Experience evolving and amplifying employer brand strategy
- Strong team builder, mentor, and operator—low ego, high ownership
