Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation through completion, collaborating across teams and geographies.
- Conduct thorough engineering reviews, contributing to high-impact solutions in sortation and distribution.
- Oversee designs, installations, and safety standards—your insights will drive operational success.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and communications effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships and teamwork with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).
- Experience with automation equipment (conveyors, sorters, robotics) and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency a plus).
- Comfortable with remote work and able to travel up to 90%.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related STEM fields.
- Experience in operations management or distribution centers with direct responsibility for material handling, automation, or technical projects.
- Proven technical leadership in industrial engineering projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management software.
- Demonstrated success in vendor management, including sourcing, qualifying, negotiating agreements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Highly organized, with exceptional project management capabilities.
- Creative problem-solver who consistently delivers results.
- Excellent communicator who can clearly convey complex technical information.
- Remote position with frequent travel.
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility as needed).
