Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator for a fashion brand based in Pasadena, CA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage e-commerce operations while driving marketing campaigns that bring the brand’s storytelling to life.


POSITION OVERVIEW:

The E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify-based online store, ensuring seamless product launches, optimized site performance, and engaging customer experiences. This role will also plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and promotional channels to support brand growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about fashion and creative storytelling, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, social, creative, and operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product uploads, merchandising, inventory tracking, and site optimization.
  • Coordinate and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and deploy email/SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and CRM tools.
  • Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Triple Whale) to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of deliverables.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce operations.
  • Experience in digital marketing campaign coordination, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for fashion, brand storytelling, and enhancing the customer experience.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
