Description
Position at Palomar Health
Under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, responsible for administration of HRIS. Utilize systems to develop databases, including queries, forms, reports and macros that support HR processes and organization wide reporting. Responsible for coordinating HRIS system upgrades and testing. May lead HRIS projects and system implementations. Complete quarterly and annual surveys. Prepare reports and audits as requested. Responsible for supporting department needs with PowerPoint presentations, Surveys and Process Flows. Support HR process improvement projects. Speak and read English at a level that is sufficient to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position. Knowledge of standard office equipment (i.e., calculator, fax, photocopier) and personal computer and computer software skills (i.e., MS Windows, Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint, internet, e-mail). Windows computer skills including proficient use of keyboarding, use of mouse or keys for functions such as selecting items, use of drop down menus, scroll bars, opening folders, copying and similar operations required upon employment or within the 1st two weeks of employment to perform the essential functions of the job. Performs other duties as assigned. Follows Palomar Health rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws and standards. Carries out the mission, vision, and quality commitment of Palomar Health.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred Education: Master's Degree in related fieldMinimum Experience: 7+ years of related experience Advanced understanding of database tables and structures Proficiency with MS Excel, including experience with v-lookup, pivot tables and creation of charts and graphs. Working knowledge of HRIS systems.Preferred Experience: 10+ years of related experience with an HR functionRequired Certification: Preferred Certification: Required License: Preferred License:
