Pricing & Production Coordinator

Role And Responsibilities

The Pricing & Production Coordinator will support the Pricing & Production team in executing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry, communication, and documentation. This junior-level role is designed for someone highly organized, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the wholesale footwear industry.

General Support

• Assist the team in compiling and submitting pricing quote requests to overseas offices and agents.
• Enter pricing, style, and order data into internal systems (e.g., Softshoe, M3, Google Sheets) with a high degree of accuracy.
• Track and organize price quote responses and order confirmations.
• Help generate and update adoption sheets and other internal reports.
  
  

Production Coordination Support

• Support with order entry, data clean-up, and documentation tracking.
• Maintain updated records for style details, pricing notes, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with overseas vendors and internal teams for sample requests, photo requests, and follow-ups.
• Help gather feedback, comments, and approvals from Design and Sales.
  
  

Administrative And Communication Tasks

• Assist with preparing weekly production meeting updates and documentation.
• Help maintain shared drive folders and naming conventions across pricing and production files.
• Communicate professionally with overseas partners via email to confirm details or request updates.
• Support ad hoc projects or seasonal initiatives across the pricing and production teams.
  
  

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant administrative, operational, or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in footwear, wholesale, or product operations a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed.
• Proactive and collaborative work ethic.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Familiarity with working across time zones and with overseas teams (especially China) is a plus.
  
  

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00/Hr - $28.00/Hr. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
