Job Description
The Program Coordinator plays a vital support role on our team — helping manage schedules, support families, communicate with schools, and coach weekly sessions. In this role, 50% of your role will be coaching children ages 2–8 at schools and parks throughout the community. The other 50% includes program coordination, communication, and logistics support to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, 30-hour per week position, with a balanced focus between coaching and administrative program support. Coaching hours are compensated at $20/hour, and administrative hours at $17-$20/hour, depending on experience.
During peak seasons, there may be opportunities to work 30–40 hours per week, with compensation reflecting actual hours worked. As the business continues to grow, we anticipate this evolving into a consistent 40-hour/week role within the first year, with increased responsibility, stability, and advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Coach fun, high-energy soccer sessions (15–20 per week)
- Communicate with families and school partners
- Coordinate schedules and support our coaching team
- Help manage registration systems, rosters, and parent outreach
- Assist with seasonal marketing and social media updates
- 1–2 years of experience in coaching, education, youth programs, or operations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
- Comfortable managing tech tools like email, CRMs, and spreadsheets
- Passionate about early childhood development and making a difference
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and Saturday mornings
