Role Summary

We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a proven Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio spanning Las Vegas, Oakland, and Chicago. Reporting directly to the President, this role is focused on delivering results, advancing strategic initiatives, and optimizing operational performance at scale.

This is not a stepping-stone role. We require an accomplished VP with a demonstrated history of driving measurable impact across multiple markets.

Key Areas of Impact

  • Direct portfolio operations to achieve peak occupancy, retention, and profitability.
  • Align diverse teams with strategic objectives, accountability measures, and performance standards.
  • Introduce high-impact initiatives to elevate resident satisfaction and community engagement.
  • Oversee budgets, compliance, KPIs, and operational efficiency across all markets.
