Brief Description
CRM Administrator
The CRM Administrator supports the sales process by managing client and project data, coordinating resources, and maintaining accurate CRM records. This role is responsible for database entry, organizing service documents, and structuring MS Teams for departmental needs. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software is required, with Salesforce or construction industry experience considered a plus. Strong organizational skills and alignment with our PACT values—People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships—are essential.

- Manage and structure MS teams for department
- File and organize service documents (project and on-going customers).
