Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities across receiving, put-away, kitting, and inventory control
  • Assing and monitoring workload to meet production needs, and inventory control
  • Ensure accuracy of all E1 System transactions including receipt, transfers, RTS, and kitting completions
  • Monitor and drive cycle count accuracy, including reconciliation and root cause investigation for inventory variances
  • Coordinate timely moment of materials for outside processing and ensure proper documentation, packaging and return tracking
  • Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts for inventory accuracy, receiving
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, and Engineering teams to resolve shortages, and expediate kitting requests of material for Production schedules
  • Train and develop team members to ensure cross-functional coverage and skill growth are met
  • Uphold warehouse safety practices, 5s standards, and compliance with all procedures and policies
  • Identify and address layout constraints in the warehouse and stockroom areas to improve space utilization, material flow, and safety
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements that reduce delays, improve accuracy, and increase throughput in all material handling areas.
  • Participating in production readiness meetings, materials review boards, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse optimization
  • Document and maintain SOP’s and work instructions, and support training efforts for both new hires and existing staff

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience with at least 1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
  • Strong understanding of WMS/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, receiving practices, and warehouse safety
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and people management skills
  • The ability to lead by example and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified
  • Experience with Aerospace is a plus
