We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our global marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing complex timelines, coordinating across teams, and driving the execution of marketing and communications initiatives. As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our events, content, and communications are delivered on time and with excellence. In addition to supporting cross-functional projects, you will help manage Newlab’s owned channels—email newsletters, blog updates, and community communications—ensuring consistent and engaging brand storytelling. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, storytelling, and execution at one of the world’s leading platforms for frontier technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and follow-up on marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure on-time completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing activities.
- Maintain and track marketing budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Draft, edit, and proofread marketing materials ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Drafting and scheduling email newsletters, blog releases, and community updates in coordination with the content and editorial team.
- Liaise with content leads to ensure owned channel materials align with brand and messaging.
- Track basic campaign performance metrics (email open rates, blog engagement, etc.) and prepare summary reports for the marketing team.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, project trackers, and assist with content calendars.
- Support the team with administrative and logistical tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in marketing or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Basic design or content creation experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Interest in brand development and marketing strategy.
