We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to keep our internal engine humming. This is an entry- to mid-level in-office role designed for someone who is tactically minded, highly organized, and obsessed with accuracy. You’ll work closely with our Project Management, Art, Strategic, and Digital teams to support workflows, implement plans, manage logistics, and keep all project information and systems current and moving.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll focus on the how and what—taking strategic vision, breaking it down, and making it actionable. Your mission: ensure that execution is clean, clear, and on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of projects and deliverables across departments.
  • Support the execution of tasks within established internal workflows.
  • With the support of the Director, translate complex projects into action steps that are timely, clear, and achievable.
  • Help with scheduling, tracking tasks, and coordinating resources as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between Art, Strategic, and Digital teams.
  • Keep project management systems up to date with accurate information.
  • Flag potential issues or misalignment for review by project leads.
  • Assist in reviewing deliverables for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Share updates with internal teams to help maintain alignment.
  • Contribute to an organized work environment that supports creative and strategic efforts.
  • Maintain an organized environment that allows creative and strategic work to flourish.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A tactical, execution-minded team player who thrives in the details.
  • Confidence juggling multiple timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
  • A proactive communicator who isn’t afraid to clarify, confirm, or course-correct.
  • Strong attention to detail; takes pride in catching what others might miss.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple projects and departments at once.
  • An understanding of how marketing, creative, and strategic workflows operate.
  • Experience in a marketing or advertising team setting is a plus.
  • Experience working in Wrike or similar project management is a plus.

Traits That Stand Out:

  • You don’t just check the box—you double-check it, then check it again.
  • You’re energized by planning, logistics, and systems.
  • You’re a calm presence under pressure.
  • You follow through, even when no one’s watching.
  • You see problems and want to solve them before they slow others down.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated 1–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or event coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with creative or marketing environments preferred.
  • Willingness to work hard, adapt quickly, and support the team wherever needed.

About McKee Wallwork

For almost three decades, we have used marketing principles to solve complex business problems. From our experience working with blue chip clients to smaller family-owned organizations, we have learned that the best intelligence one needs to solve any challenge begins with one's own understanding of who they are. It’s what we’ve built our practice around. It’s what we mean when we say we help organizations become who they were designed to be.

Today, more agents are vying to steer an organization toward their own agendas. Owners must navigate endless opinions on who to hire, what processes and products to offer, who the customer should be, what is the right political affiliation, and on and on. And the pressures aren’t just external. Internal dynamics compounds the noise making it more and more difficult to find the signal. That is why we have developed a well-vetted team of bright and creative thinkers and doers to work alongside clients to solve their intractable problems. Sounds fun?
