Summary / Job Objective: This role will provide sales support to the existing sales team, advisors as well as client interaction. The goal is to help advisors grow their life, annuity, long term care and disability business.
Essential Job Functions: This is a key position that will be responsible for marketing products and sales ideas for top insurance companies by supporting the Principal Partner and the ADC (Advisor Development Consultant). This role requires some administrative duties.

Primary Responsibilities
- Meet with insurance company representatives to gain product knowledge. Market products and sales ideas to advisors.
- Assist with recruiting and retaining advisors through emails, phone calls or lunch and learn meetings.
- Assist agents with taking e-applications (e-apps) from clients
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments as requested for the sales team
- Utilize Simplicity marketing, tools and resources
- Communicate and ensure the team understands all rules of engagement and requirements within the broker dealer channel, and with agents
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, greet visitors, sort mail
- Coordinate Office activities to help drive sales
- Experience in insurance/financial services is preferred
- Strong computer skills (proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Gmail a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, energetic and optimism tops the list
- Life Insurance license preferred
- Proven attention to detail a must
- Confident, self-assured, and comfortable learning new things
- Discretion and professionalism a must
- The ability to handle multiple priorities and problem solve
- Strong listening skills
Compensation (based on experience)
- Annual base salary: $40,000 - $45,000
- Annual performance bonus target: 10%
- This is an exempt position
