Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of commercial TI projects
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure efficient project progress
  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in maintaining budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve jobsite issues
  • Maintain thorough and organized project documentation and reports

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial tenant improvement projects
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, processes, and contracts
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specs
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $75,000-$95,000 per year (DOE)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 12.5% of base salary, distributed semi-annually (6/30 and 12/31)
  • Vacation Stipend: $2,500 bonus following a qualified vacation after 6 months of employment
  • 401(k): Employer Safe Harbor contribution of 3% with employee deferral option
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance: 100% employer-paid for employee coverage (starting the 1st of the month after start date)
  • Disability Coverage: Group and individual plans offering up to $12,000/month total coverage for qualified employees
  • Time Off:
    • 3 weeks (120 hours) of vacation annually, accrued semi-monthly
