Join the fastest growing property management company in Michigan as our Director of Talent! LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard-working individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an organized, multi-tasking team player, with strong people skills and a positive attitude, along with being self-motivated and self-directed. The candidate does not need to reside in Michigan, as the company’s expectation is that the role would be a traveling to events recruiting the best of the best to join LR Management.

As the Director of Talent, you will be a key member of LR Management’s leadership team, responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of talent recruitment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce and ensuring LR remains a destination employer in the real estate and property management industry.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Attract top-tier talent across all departments by representing LR Management at college recruitment events, job fairs, hospitality and hotel management conventions, and other out of the box recruitment events throughout the United States.
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans in alignment with company growth goals.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all talent functions.
  • Build leadership pipelines and succession planning strategies across the organization.
  • Partner closely with HR, department heads, and executive leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes and forecast workforce needs.
  • Cultivate and promote LR Management’s employer brand internally and externally.

Qualifications Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • The ability to travel to various locations in and out of state to attract top talent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Knowledge of the multi-family housing industry, along with hospitality and service industries.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive talent recruitment experience, in property management, hospitality, hotel management, or real estate.
  • Proven success in scaling recruitment functions and developing organizational talent strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and talent analytics tools.
