Business Systems Analyst (contract)

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into detailed user stories and collaborate with both client and offshore technical teams to design effective solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in Java, SQL, testing, and database technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring solutions meet business needs, managing stakeholder expectations, and conducting user acceptance testing before production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user stories from business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teams.
• Collaborate with clients and offshore technical teams to design and refine solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to production release to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Manage and balance stakeholder expectations while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide clear and concise documentation to support project deliverables and processes.
  
  

Technical Profile

• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and database technologies.
• Experience in automotive or connected vehicle telematics is a plus.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $48.83/hour - $76.30/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
