Position Objective
This position is responsible for creating user interfaces for our web sites and customer-facing digital experiences, including the execution of any associated research and usability testing.

Functional Responsibilities
- Designs user flows, wireframes and prototypes that balance user needs, business goals, and brand standards.
- Applies an iterative, collaborative design process with cross-functional partners to develop effective solutions.
- Researches and analyzes customer behavior to inform design decisions.
- Presents design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintains and evolves our design system to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Ensures all designs meet accessibility standards and reflect inclusive design principles.
- Tracks and champions emerging UX trends in e-commerce, identifying patterns worth testing to enhance our customer experience.
- Other project or duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology or related field required
- 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in e-commerce
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or similar design tools
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced design workflows and tools
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) and design constraints
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics tools
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to present to cross-functional teams
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for fashion, customer experience, and innovation
