Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements as needed
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth and efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
