About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We’re looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers to support teenagers with special needs in a structured and supportive environment in Pontiac, Michigan.

As a caregiver, you will play a key role in helping these teens develop life skills, reach personal goals, and thrive in their daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and supervision to teenagers with developmental or behavioral disabilities

• Assist with daily activities such as hygiene, meals, dressing, and mobility

• Encourage participation in recreational, social, and educational activities

• Implement individualized care and behavioral plans

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment

• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred but not required – training provided)

• Must be 18+ years old

• High school diploma or GED

• Reliable transportation

• Patience, reliability, and a caring attitude
