Position Overview
As a Manager in Training in our Milford location, you’ll start by learning every aspect of store operations — from making our legendary subs to leading a team during a busy lunch rush. Over time, you’ll move through structured growth phases that give you more responsibility, higher pay, and the opportunity to advance into leadership roles.
Growth Path & Pay Structure:
- Starting MIT: $13 - $14/hr + tips ($3–5/hr average)
- Phase 1 – Shift Leader: +$1/hr raise
- Phase 3 – Assistant Manager: +$1/hr raise
- General Manager: Competitive salary with bonus opportunities
- Lead by example and model excellent customer service
- Learn and execute all food prep, service, and store operational standards
- Train and motivate team members to achieve daily goals
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and store organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly work environment
- Step into leadership roles during busy shifts or manager absences
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Must be at least 18 years old (preferred 17+ for closing shifts)
- Average extra $3–5/hr in tips
