Client Details

Established General Contractor, is looking for a PM to join their team!

Office moving from Plymouth MA to Weymouth MA in the summer. Projects typically in and around Boston MA (Weymouth, Wellesley, Wayland, Avon, Waltham)

Specialize in Design/Build - New Construction, Occupied Renovations, & Tenant Fit-outs, primarily in the Multifamily, Condominium, & Affordable Housing space. 20 units - 35 units typically, however projects have exceeded 130 units, looking into getting into larger Multifamily work come 2026.

They also have an expertise in Commercial, Office Space, Data Centers, Manufacturing Facilities, Healthcare & Academic projects.

Over the past 20 years, they have built a reputation as a highly qualified and reliable construction partner, resulting in a lot of repeat clients. They have a huge emphasis on supporting their team of highly motivated construction professionals - and are very understanding of work/life balance.

Description

  • Overseeing the development and execution of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals
  • Leading and coordinating project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project delivery
  • Ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes, conducting regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

  • 5+ yrs of Construction Experience as a PM
  • Experience running multiple Multifamily projects as a PM
  • Efficient in Procore & MS Office
  • Strong communication skills & ability to adapt
