Key Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinet boxes, drawers, face frames, and other components using hand and power tools.
• Follow shop drawings, production plans, and quality specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
• Use tools such as drills, saws, clamps, and pneumatic nailers to complete assembly tasks.
• Apply glue, sand parts, and perform finish prep work as needed.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify proper fit, finish, and hardware placement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with other shop staff and supervisors to meet production schedules.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking or cabinet assembly is required.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and shop equipment (saws, drills, sanders, pneumatic tools).
• Ability to read and interpret simple shop drawings (or willingness to learn).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Schedule

• Full-time: Tuesday-Friday
• 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Work Location: Onsite at Funtime Cabinet Factory in Canoga Park, CA.
