About The Role

We are seeking a talented, creative, experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, a strong design sensibility, and a deep understanding of K-Pop culture and visual trends. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to create visually impactful work across a variety of projects.

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Remote

Work Hours: Mon-Fri 10:30AM-7:30PM local time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative designs for various branding, marketing, and product packaging materials.
  • Design album packaging, merchandise, and promotional materials for K-Pop artists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, art direction, and production, to ensure design alignment with overall brand vision.
  • Create designs that are on-brand, visually compelling, and meet production standards.
  • Provide support in creating visual assets for both digital and print media.
  • Maintain consistency across all design outputs while adapting to different K-Pop artist styles and themes.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills and versatility.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Deep interest in and understanding of K-Pop culture and aesthetics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep up with design trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take and apply feedback constructively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in album packaging or product/merchandise design.
  • Korean language skills (preferred, but not required).
