Project Manager

Position Summary:

GoldenWolf is seeking a Project Manager to organize and drive assigned statistical-concept projects under our contract. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, provide analytical and technical oversight, and ensure every milestone aligns with the program’s overarching objectives.

Essential Functions

• Evaluate staff actions, proposals, orders, and plans against DHA and DoD strategic plans, regulations, policies, and operations.
• Apply DoD administrative policies, regulations, precedents, planning guidelines, and processes, with an understanding of program goals, event sequencing, milestones, and effectiveness evaluation.
• Establish and maintain qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing and improving program effectiveness, complex management processes, and systems.
• Demonstrate program management expertise by applying recognized methodologies and management principles.
• Possess familiarity with advanced statistical concepts, modeling techniques, and quantitative analysis.
• Understand and leverage Defense Department data sources for informed decision-making.
• Bring knowledge of medical facility management, real property lifecycle processes, inventory procedures, and clinical/operational lease planning.
• Be proficient in Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) and especially the DMLSS-Facilities Management module (DMLSS-FM).
• Have a working understanding of project management principles and practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Possess an active, favorable NACI.
• Project Management Professional certification
• Two (2) years’ experience developing and deploying facilities and clinical/operational performance metrics, or a government-approved resume.
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience within healthcare administration, or MHS, or a government-approved resume.
• Proficiency with basic SQL for data manipulation and/or SAS Institute’s statistical analysis software package.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Outlook)
• Strong computer skills and hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Basecamp)
• Expertise in Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) and the DMLSS-Facilities Management (DMLSS-FM) module
• Working knowledge of M2 and familiarity with: Business Objects/Business Intelligence, CHCS Cache/AHLTA, SQL, MDR, SAS, HL7, ETL, Discern, and general health analytics tools
• Familiarity with advanced statistical concepts, modeling techniques, and quantitative analysis
• Knowledge of Defense Department data sources
• Understanding of medical facility management, including real property lifecycle, inventory procedures, and clinical/operational lease planning
• Solid grasp of performance evaluation and change-management principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, data science, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
