Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive regional growth.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistency with company goals, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and staff across multiple departments and locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
- Implement project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and improvements.
- Analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives and maximize profitability.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role (Vice President or equivalent), preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Minimum of 5 years in healthcare management (Preferred).
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operations management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a history of successful contract execution.
- Experience in project management and process improvement.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and think critically.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Preferred).
