Shift: Monday – Friday, core hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 1 rotating Saturday per month, with 1 weekday off during the week, T,W,Th.

Essential Functions
Starting pay is $18.00 and will vary based on experience and relevant skills/knowledge. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:

Essential Functions
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages
- Ability to take payment information and process payments
- High-school diploma required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Must be able to handle demanding customers from time to time while remaining calm and professional.
- Must deliver world-class customer service to all customers—every call; every day
- Excellent attention to detail

- Excellent time-management skills
